Zusammenfassung

In diesem Artikel wird der Behandlungsverlauf eines Patienten mit einer komplexen Kriegs-PTBS beschrieben, und anschließend werden die Therapieprozesse reflektiert. Es handelt sich um einen bosnischen Patienten mit einer bereits seit vielen Jahren bestehenden posttraumatischen Belastungsstörung, der vom Autor während eines rund halbjährigen stationären Aufenthaltes in einer akut-psychiatrischen Klinik therapeutisch begleitet wurde. Ein Überblick über aktuelle gestalt-traumatheoretische Konzeptionen bildet die Grundlage für die anschließende Reflexion der Therapieprozesse.

Wartime Trauma Impressions of Old – Hope Inspiring Everyday Life Impressions of New. his article describes the treatment of a patient with a complex PTSD caused by war and subsequently reflects on the therapy processes. The author accompanied a Bosnian patient, who has been suffering from a posttraumatic stress disorder for many years, during six months of therapy in an acute psychiatric hospital. An overview of current Gestalt trauma-theoretical concepts provides a basis for the subsequent reflexion of the therapy processes.
