Zusammenfassung

In dem Artikel wird versucht, die Besonderheiten der stationären Gestalttherapie anschaulich zu machen. Dies sowohl in ihrer historischen Entwicklung, wie auch in der konkreten Umsetzung im klinischen Alltag. Insbesondere erfolgt dies vor dem Hintergrund der aktuellen sozial- und gesundheitspolitischen Entwicklungen mit all ihren segensreichen Folgen.

Abstract

Old Fritz and the psycho-farm or: inpatient Gestalt therapy – an anachronism? This article focuses on the special conditions of Gestalt therapy with inpatients. It deals both with the historical development and the current clinical practise. All of this will be discussed against the backcloth of the conemporary development concerning social politics and public health – so called benefitial consequences included.
