Zusammenfassung

Der Autor wurde durch seine Mentorin, Kollegin und Freundin Anna Halprin in die Welt der Somatik und ihrer Beziehung zur Gestalt eingeführt. Als Fritz Perls im Esalen-Institut lebte und arbeitete, besuchte ihn Anna Halprin und arbeitete mit seinen KlientInnen. Durch den Austausch von Aspekten ihrer Arbeit beeinflussten und bereicherten sie sich gegenseitig. Dies hatte auch Auswirkungen auf Sotos Arbeit und sein Leben. Der Artikel gibt einen Einblick in Somatik, Bewegung und Tanz aus Sotos Sicht und stellt die Verbindung zur Gestaltarbeit dar.

Abstract

Somatics, Movement, Creativity and Dance. The author was introduced into the world of Somatics and its relationship to Gestalt by his mentor, colleague and friend Anna Halprin. While Fritz Perls was living and working at Esalen Institute, Anna Halprin came to visit and work with his clients. They shared aspects of their work which influenced and mutually enriched both of them. It also influenced Soto´s work and life. The article tells Soto´s story of Somatics, movement and dance and links it to the practice of Gestalt.
