The Unknown and the Known in the Sky and in the Void. The author of this article discusses a problem of perception and epistemology: the visualization of the invisible. He illustrates and comments on certain perspectives, methods and aesthetics of visualization and shows, how assupmtions and images of the invisible have changed historically.
