Zusammenfassung

Supervision, Coaching, Teamentwicklung sind wachsende Anwendungsfelder für Gestalttherapeuten. Dies drückt sich auch in dem neuen Abschluss ›Gestaltsupervisor DVG‹ aus. Die Feldtheorie Kurt Lewins bietet einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Theorieentwicklung von Gestaltsupervision. In mehreren Anwendungsbeispielen wird dies demonstriert. Der von der Gestalttherapie nahe gelegte Blick auf das Individuum wird erweitert und ersetzt durch eine interaktionelle Sichtweise, die das System in den Mittelpunkt stellt.

Abstract

Kurt Lewin’s field theory as theoretical framework for Gestalt supervision. Supervision, coaching and team development are increasingly becoming areas, where Gestalt therapists are involved. The field theory, as developed by Kurt Lewin, provides an important contribution to developing the theoretical foundation of Gestalt supervision. The article shall demonstrate the latter with reference to some fields of application and the emphasis will be on how the focus on the individual is replaced by a perspective, which allows for the interactive aspect and the system to be in the centre of interest.
